This book moves very quickly and is very easy to read. The reason I couldn’t give it a full raving review is that I believe it’s geared to be used as a text, and this man doesn’t cite his sources. But this is a worthy and useful venture none-the-less, providing a great jumping off point for the uninitiated.
My only criticism is that the book has a left-leaning Rating: There was is underling justification to some of the events that, have throughout history, been a result of U. Latin American Voices with a lot of literary sources from the period.
